Incidents of angry, intoxicated passengers can be a potential security threat to a flight and all airlines have to have training to ensure that their staff are prepared to deal with such situations. The training covers the meaning of disruptive behavior, ways to identify potentially disruptive passengers and how to implement airline policies to manage such passengers.
